Stage 4 – Stroke Foundations
Who this class is for:
Children who can swim 10m and are ready to learn proper stroke technique.
What they’ll do:
Float in different shapes
Push/glide to pool floor
Kick 10m backstroke, front crawl, breaststroke + butterfly
Head-first sculling
Log rolls
Swim 10m choice of stroke
Choose Stage 4 if your child:
✔ Can swim 10m confidently
✔ Can float & travel on front/back
✔ Is ready to learn proper stroke actions
Outcome:
Solid kicking technique and body position, preparing for full strokes in Stage 5.
